Hi Courtney! Happy to have come across your channel. I love ultralight trikes for years but they are definitely not in my budget anymore (retired nurse of 32 years ). I am 59 but still want to fly. I have a question, I got a used copy of a book for learning weight shift flying but I don't think that would be what I would need for one of these (quicksilver sprint). I'm a person that wants to read as much first, before actually doing something. Many years ago I took a few lessons in a Cessna and then also a small 2 seater ultralight just as a passenger. Is there a book you can recommend? I would appreciate you letting me know. I am going to check out all your videos! Thanks so much!

How are the US regulations for "no radio" equipped planes. Here in France all controlled airports are "radio only" and nearly all not controlled airfields are also " radio only". There are always procedures for approach "Panne Radio" ,arrival in one special direction ,switching landing light on off on off and tower will answer with lightgun red or green.

Hey Courtney, have you ever flown the Aerolite 103 ultralite plane? Looks to me like the Quick Silver MX and Aerolite103 are the 2 top ultralite planes. When it's time for me to purchase one I want to be sure I get the best. The steering wheel between your legs seems more manageable than the stick in the right hand. Your thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks.... keep up the great videos.
