The latest slot in William Hill, Centurion Potimus Maximus! Almost identical to the original Centurion slot, but this time progressive pots have been added to the bonus wheel.
I played on £2 stake for a slight increase in percentage, plus double height bonus symbols.
At first impressions Centurion Potimus Maximus appeared to be the same as the original Centurion slot, however the base game seemed more generous, frequently dropping in various wins. I was the first to play it in this bookies, so the pots were all on their base values (£50, £150 and £250). They increased fairly fast, with 4.25% of the stake adding to the values. What was interesting was the pot values stayed the same on all stakes, meaning potentially it's possible to win a gold pot on 20p play.
I enjoyed this one, I'll try Fortune Spins next time.

Peter Fisher I think quite a lot of people hold the same opinion. I’ve nothing against him at all but the videos don’t seem truly representative of how FOBTs work. If he can make a living from playing slots that’s great but what’s not great is if it is misleading people into gambling in the process.

I used to lose all the time! I would lose shit loads, get more cash thinking it's got to pay now? Lose that, get more! Go to a different bookies lose that nearly every week on those slots. It's very rare to win, and if you do you're only ever really up a few hundred on what you've put in on that occasion. If you must gamble stick to online slots. But take it from someone who has thrown 20 years of their life away, your best bet (no pun intended) is to avoid all of it like the plague!

I played on these regularly for many years and got to know the staff at Ladbroke very well in our town....they told me horror stories about these machines....one gambler spent 8k chasing 500 quid.....then left and returned to put another 2k in.....he left empty handed. .....keep off em I never won more than 300 quid.....evil things.

I lost in That Exact same pattern. The wins in the beginning, followed by many teases, popping head up not blowing trumpet, 2 bonus reels without 3, low payouts when you get the bonus, then you feed it until your empty.
