She is an amazingly hardworking and strong girl. The dishes she prepared are surely delicious and healthy. In fact Chinese viewers should seriously consider consuming more of such healthy dishes as I can see more and more Chinese citizens are getting obese since about 30 years ago. Perhaps such foods may help to contribute better health for all.
