For this wipe, I decided that I wanted to make the entire map my base by using pipes to link back to one central storage base. I would build different bases all around the map and then create a pipeline which moved all the loot to my home.

There are certain places on any rust map that provide a specific resource or facility that is desirable. The snow has lots of nodes, the outpost is a safezone with a drone market, gas stations have recyclers, you get the point. Often you need to decide at the start of your wipe which of these you want to build near and take advantage of, however for this wipe, I wanted to use all of them from one central base. I would build my main base roughly centre of all the positions I was planning on using and build a pipeline out to smaller stations which can feed loot back to my home base. Unfortunately, this is much easier said than done.

I've started using piping for online raid defense. You can make small towers overlooking your main base and use the pipes to funnel over kits in a pinch.

ive had this idea for a while. its too bad that you cant place pipes underwater very far bc my idea was to build a base on the coast thats partly under water, and feed a pipeline on the oceanfloor to an underwater bunker. when youre offline or getting raided press a button and vacuum all the loot to the hidden underwater bunker base. makes sense you cant do it though bc thatd be op as fuck 😂 at least with this you can see the miles of piping and grief it or whatever

@MrJoosebawkz I'd have the base on a cliff edge, then have the pipe go diagonally under the map to another base at the bottom of the cliff. I haven't played in a while, but I assume it's doable since electric wires can do it. If you have a good enough spot, you can probably move it a good distance, nearly 100% hidden.

@MrJoosebawkz Set a HBHF sensor deep inside the base to a memory cell that will set a conveyor array to power on, which will pull loot from all boxes connected and combined down to one pipe that exits out of a rear door into the ocean or a cliff to a small armored bunker base hidden away. It's automated.

Bro I swear I've never seen someone play against enemies so skilled consistently. It's actually frustrating to watch everyone he goes up against hit all of their shots and destroy him. Like he's just as skilled as a lot of other youtubers but the other players on whatever server he plays on are simply better a lot of the time. Props to Yexom for persevering. PS: For all I know, other youtubers might just not show footage of them getting killed a lot and only show the good aspects of their experience.

Those combiners probably have a limit of up to 15, just like it is with the Electric Root Combiners, so it would make sense you'd have to dump into a box before continuing the transfer.

Put a bag at each smaller base and have a 2 way pipeline so you can send loot to outpost. F1. Buy stuff and then depo again.

Good idea, would love to this put into practice raiding, you could literally depot your loot so fast cleaning out the base easily, you can even just F1 back and forth lol that would be so broken to have dozens of pipeline bases all over for raiding

Idea: You have a regular base but it has pipes connected to another base that is a large distance away and the pipes should be able to transfer all loot to the other base from one button so you can just move all your loot when your getting raided.
