DVR is connected to WiFi router as well as in phone via xvrpro app But when I see in my with mobile data phone it shows device is offline But when I connect my phone to the router is shows can u slove the issue pls

Hi sir, this is taheer from Bangalore, after installing all camera of hikvision HD turbo dvr , jab led tube lights on kiya to black reflect views jissa ayara hai cameras mein( eg.jisse Hume vedio kohi lcd se shoot kartein hai jo vedio mein running black running view ayatein vise ayare hain), jab led tube light off karta hone to thek se clear clear vedio ayata hai , appe kuch solution bata jiye sir.

I have got installed 4 camera of CP plus. Bull cameras are working properly but when we connect DOM camera in the connection video give a single flip and continuously error LOADING... starts showing.. The technician says the cameras are defective. But I doubt his saying so.
