Actually, I can explain the duo end portal one. Even though there’s no way to differentiate between whether or not they’re facing inward or outward, for the portal to work they not only have to face one way but they all have to face inwards, like if you placed them while standing in the middle.

enderman are nearly impossible to hit with arrows, as even when they are hit then the arrows just bounce off, not dealing dmg... but it is possible to damage endermen with arrows, idk what version but. there was a glitch on one version of bedrock edition that allowed in specific circumstances for endermen to be hit with arrows.

I already explained the thing whit golems to other people, the iron golem frame is 3x3,so if there is something in those 3x3 besides air and the materials, it wont work, you can put plates, blocks or flowers and it wont spawn, at least that is my experience whit Building golems

If there's 2 end portals, then only the one which had the last portal frame placed facing towards it will open. End portal frames look the same, but they do have directions in which they're facing.

Fun fact! Did you know that if you build any sort of structure that spawns a mob (snow golem, iron golem, or wither) BUT you place one of the blocks in the body last, it won’t spawn? Go try it yourself! Make the structure to spawn a wither, break the bottom soul sand block, place the heads, and place the final soul sand block.

For an iron golem to work needs to be separated from other blocks of iron, so you can make one with 2 golems opposite, but won't work with adjacent
