As much as i love 2ne1 I can’t blame it ALL to YG... 2NE1 would have never been so big if not for YG’s constant criticism/guidance on their performances and ofcourse the music of Teddy. But I guess I can blame YG as a company for how they handled their 2ne1 hiatus in mid 2014. After their MAMA appearance at the end of 2015 I thought they’ll have their comeback already by early 2016. I’m quite not surprise that Minzy left by mid 2016 because of lack of work. I mean more than one year of non exposure is critical to an idol because every year another group comes out. It was really upsetting because the hiatus of BB during their scandals (was it around 2010-2011?) before didn’t took that long if I remember it right. And ofcourse give the other half of the blame to korean society in general but esp the media. The way they described the whole situation destroyed the image of Bom. Eventhough the case was finished by end of 2014, people were already against the comeback of the group because of that piece of shit of a reporter 🤬😡🤬 Now I’m just hoping for the members to find their footing in the industry again. And hopefully get to work together someday and make music as 4. I don’t care if they don’t dance, but I hope they gain their confidence back in their performances 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

As I read most of your comments I wonder where have you guys been these recent years? This stuff you are watching is old stuff when he first created 2ne1 10years ago. He has changed drastically and has spent much of his energy on his "new 2ne1 but prettier" (blckpink) and thats what he said. He stop supporting 2ne1. In the past 4-5 years you hear nothing of him in support for anything Dara has done. As busy as she is, he has never acknowledged her positively or negatively. She works tirelessly by finding her own reality shows, creating her own DaraTV, judging, modeling doing commercials, performing, acting. But not once has he congratulated her.He wishes other idols happy birthday but not her. She is one of the busiest idol/artist he has and she is making money for YG. He ignores her when she wanted to put out a album. I am thankful that he finds great talent but his shoddy treatment of 2ne1 and others who sit in the "yg dungeon" is sad.This is not YG family anymore and Top has said, its purely business. I wish his artists all the success despite YG.
