A lot of error in Austin theory as well laws by analogy are the laws like law of gravitation which are laws but not in terms of jurisprudence. Laws set by men in pursuance of political right is the power given by the legislature to someone to make law in pursuance of political rights for eg. If legislature has to make a law against dowry it will not be written by the ministers rather it would be made by some advocate or expert acting in pursuance of political rights.

correction 27:52 in India we can say the basic structure doctrine is the Grund norm as the ground norm can not be amended and same in case of basic structure doctrine on the other hand the constitution of India can be edited or say amended

Correction @your overthinking Bhai aise har theory main ghus kar usko exactly India par apply karne ka game khelna hai tou phir tou article 13 hona chahiye grundnorm, because that gives validity to all laws of india, it actually defines what a law is. Amend nahi ho sakta grundnorm yeh tou maine padha nahi kabhi, aur isliye nahi padha kyunki ek school of thought ki theory hai yeh, its not supposed to be applied on a particular legal system point by point. Origin and definition of law is studied in jurisprudence and different schools of thoughts give their explanations to explain their theories on origin and definition of law. Constitution ka maine example diya tha, ab usmain basic structure doctrine, article 13, fundamental rights sab included hain yeh maine assume kiya tha ki implied hoga, aur nahi implied tha tou bhi you are wrong as article 13 fits better in the definition than basic structure doctrine
