As for Gininda, that one will continue pulling wool on public face because the state prosecutor and the judge are themselves the subject of scrutiny in this whole waste of time case number 636 of Oct 2014. After Gininda testimony, the judge is visibly defeated in his attempts to attack the defence in front of witnesses. Point number one DNA results confirm that all 5 accused persons were not on the crime scene. Point number two Gininda alleged confession statements are not worth the paper they are written on. In fact , the circumstances around those statements forced the judge to keep quiet about mjiako. Baloi has closed his case without bringing mjiako.
