I love this first impressions. Normally gurus are so quick and the first impressions are like “it’s not so bad but I have some dry patches” (that we can NOT see) or the finish is luminous (but we can’t see it cause they’re zoomed so far out or the camera blurs everything). I appreciate the close ups and the detail of the explanations. If it sucks it sucks! Thank you!

I know, I love a nice long video. Enough time that I can do my night time skin care, bubble bath, lotion, fresh jammies, rotate laundry and hunker down with a glass of wine. Such a nice way to spend the evening.

I got a sample of the Laura Mercier glow powder from Sephora and I mix a little of it with my translucent powder and it gives you a really nice healthy glow! 😉 your welcome!

One of the reasons I love her so much is she’s a dry skin queen. So many influencers live for the matte foundations and I despise them. It’s so hard to find a good dewy foundation review these days. I remember when everyone was raving about the Wet N Wild photofocus foundation and I picked it up. I looked like a crusty mess and it smells terrible. Literally one of the worst things I’ve ever put on my face. I finally learned that I just don’t have the same skin and that shit just doesn’t work for me.

Huda ALWAYS makes just like pink, red, maroon and burgundy colored products I feel like. I wish that she did more of a variety in her color range so that consumers that arnt into red eyeshadow can buy at least one other color! They look really pretty! Maybe the faux fur and bamboo gold one....? IDK

Not that I ever want products to be a complete and utter fail for you, but I just have to say when they are they are some of the best videos ever because they are so Flippin hilarious! I’m going to have to try that urban decay Brow products, I love my Mac one and I do dip a brush in the smudger end to define the bottom of my brow but I much prefer a pencil. Also it has to be said that you’re out takes are THE best on KZfaq hands down!

Embarrasment is a wasted emotion imo. We become embarressed after something happens. I believe everything that happens in life has a lesson for your soul to learn and grow from. Instead of feeling bad about what happened I've learned to roll with it and wait for the lesson to show face, so to speak. If i focus on being embarressed then I miss the lesson, so therefore it's a wasted emotion imo. :-) Many reasons could be the answer of why that happened. Maybe you need to work on being more aware of your surroundings and the choices you make. Or maybe it is caused by stress! Idk anyones specific situation only giving my observation paired with myown life experiences. :-)

Also, another thought: We as humans to begin with have small brain farts all the time, naturally. The brain stores so much information some things get "lost" at times because your brain doesn't find it relevant enough to the situation to remind you of the information stored in our brains. I find it to be like a checklist of what the brain decides is what we need to remember given any situation in life. If we have multiple projects going on for our brains to chew on, basic things like shoes get pushed further down the checklist. Why our bodies have developed that "auto pilot" mode we go in sometimes, imo. :-)

The Colourpop stick foundation is easily one of the best I tried! I apply a few drops of face oil right before I swipe it on, and I've noticed it works 100x better with a beauty blender than a foundation brush. Give it another try with some face oil and a sponge, it's a wonderful product!
