This is such a sad story. I also lost my mother due to Covid. Both of my parents had Covid and went to the ER together. My dad came home but my mom didn’t until the day of her passing. Missed my mom dearly.

I’m so sorry for your loss. Last two months, I also lost my dad, aunt, and uncle to Covid too. This pandemic had taken too many of our love one lives. It’s so sad to listen to this kind of story.😭😭😭

Sad tiag tiag li os. To the kids of this mother, If you’re listening to this, believe your mom. She’s not delusional or crazy. Until you’ve lived with the love of your life for 40-50years and you’ve been through hell, war, and back, you may never understand how your mom is feeling. But most you can do for her is support her and love her while she’s still alive. God bless this grandmother/mom/sister/daughter/mother in law ❤️ may you see your husband again.

The part were the mother was looking for the passing husband shows that evil feeds on fear. The mother was loved & because of love she wasn't afraid. Applaud her strength!

I have to say that my loved ones have been really blessed. My mother and siblings had Covid but they recovered. My in-laws haven’t gotten it yet but they got their vaccine. I sympathize with those who lost someone to the virus. I hope all Hmong people take this virus more seriously because we are not in the clear yet. We need to refrain from social gatherings until CDC gives the green light.

Sensitive topic: How valid is prayer, however prayer is not for everyone because not everyone believes in prayer. Truth: This virus doesn’t affect everyone the same way as stated my medical professional. If one is healthy with no medical history...this virus hit like having a flu that goes away within a week or two. There are those who recover and didn’t spread or affect other members in the family. I also work with the virus. There is still people and kids with NO past medical history that are sick, swollen joints, high glucose, cardiac and kidney failure/problems. Don’t be fool that it doesn’t effect people with no past medical history or children. Obviously the number is not as high as compared to elderly with comorbidities but I’ve seen a lot suffering, now with kidney and heart problems for life now.

@@Gurlhmong I was speaking from direct personal experiences. It was alarming to receive news or informed of positive Covid test with in family members. But then again you’re right, every case is different...some experienced severe symptoms leading to death as others had mild flu like symptoms that recover fully after 2 weeks of self quarantine. First thing first.....pray and have faith in the Lord...if he’s ready to take us home, we shall be in his eternal home.

Any lose is bad. However, I feel that this lady is not happy that she has an extraordinary chance that most people don't even have. She and her husband had the opportunity to say good bye to each other, shared the same hospital, and good life together. Most people don't have this at all. We will all die, it is just when and how.
