Just practice and practice man, even if you can only play for fifteen minutes some days, it’s fifteen minutes more of practice. I started at age 11 and I’m almost 51 and I think I suck but I play almost every day. Cheers!

at the age of 13.. i first saw mr jimi hendrix..and from that day on...i knew... guitar it is...i woke up again at the age of 20 with yngwie..and now at the age of 56 i wake up again with you panos..this is a song about a leopard chasing a deer in the dessert...all watched by the lion...

I tell you what man this guy is one of the greatest guitars players in the world. Watch the rest of his videos they are my drug of choice!! Once you watch one of Panos videos you cant stop watching them. He is absolutely the greatest unkown guitarist out there i hope to help change that. Nice work learning this scale myself it's the 3rd degree Phrygian of the major scale then you sharp the 3rd degree. so Change G to G# this makes it a Phrygian dominant and it derives from the the 5 degree of the harmonic minor great scale .

@Astute Cingulus I can play by ear and I've also been studying music theory and can write in piano (cannot play it but I can compose using it) and I can play a fairly mean guitar. In college I took some music appreciation classes and really loved Bartok, Stravinsky, and Wagner. Modern players, I'm into Miles Davis, Yngwie, Vai, Satriani, and John 5. Lately I've been eating up everything Rick Beato puts out and I've been playing some MEAN, DARK stuff using the Double Harmonic Major Scale. Goes well with Cthulhu and H.P. Lovecraft themed music. I have my own full fledged recording studio and I spend a lot of time there because I'm sort of crippled and recording keeps the pain off my mind. I recently worked up all seven modes in all twelve keys to create guitar charts in order to master the fretboard. You're going to think this is the saddest statement ever but, sadly, I had never heard of this person at all. I'm listening now to his symphonies on youtube. Thank you VERY MUCH for the head's up!

Thats exactly what I use the are purple blue. The have 2 round indentations the size of a dime on each side helps with gripping the pick and especially great for speed picking!!!
