How you know its 5 star hotel ingredients. Oil was put before video started. All masalas were loose only except mdh degi mirch, paneer you may be knowing very well how they're making one kg from half kg of milk. Kaju paste i really doubt. Khoya was adulterated for sure. Sauces definitely like any road chapra side. Only cream he put amul. So out of 15 to 16 ingredients i feel only 2 quality products he used.

In Delhi and Around , they made everything very good but in last they put something sweet like sugar/ Tomato ketchup etc and that sweetness kill all taste. Believe me any vegetable or chicken item is good only till it is not sweet.
