Idk if he did it or not but blood splatter and ballistics line up with the rear left seat. If Melly was sitting there he did it. I also dont know the motive, but for whatever reason. I used to live in Spring Valley and I went to Everglades High School. If the drive by happened went down where they said it went down, Miramar is a quiet and safe enough community that someone would have heard some shit and called the cops. A lot of people think this shit went down in like the heart of the city or something, but naw it’s a very quiet suburb. Shit like this does not happen often. This side of Miramar/Pembroke Pines has MAYBE like three murders a year, and none of those are drive bys. But yea, S/O to Broward/SouthFlorida I miss home.

You have to remember this is the evidence the police provided. Not the defense discoveries in the case. In order to fight this charge there has to be at least $500-750k retainer and an excellent defense lawyer (with HEAVY STAFF of investigators) specializing in 1st degree homicide. Can he beat the case all depends if the lawyer can find a reasonable doubt of inconsistency in the evidence.
