Love the videos. I have a 2019 Civic LX, appreciate how much love you give the k20c2 modding. I like the platform and the 1.5 wasn't available at the time I got the car, it sucks not having a lot of after market support. I've heard of someone dynoing our engine at 180 though using the same mods you have plus a cam from a 2020 Acura and type r fuel injectors. Not sure how it was done but I look forward to seeing you push the platform to its limits and joining for the ride.

I had the V1’s before too but my opinion it looks better without the diffuser but the V2 looks better with the complete kit

I like the way the V2 looks on Blue. I have been trying to get some Yofer parts but it seems like everyone is out of stock with the pearl white 😢

@@717PROJECT how long would you recommend waiting before doing something like the hondata OBD2 port. I am looking at either stage 1 or 2 rest of the vehicle is stock. Any insight is greatly appreciated as I am fairly new to the car scene lol. Thank you💪!!!

@@Petro_Gooners I don't know if hondata has a tune for the 2.0l. I know Ktuner does but it's pretty basic. Not sure if they released a new one. Haven't checked for updates in awhile.

We have a 2022 hatchback sport and if anyone is wondering, the v1’s do fit the hatch but there is fitment issues up towards the rear door. Perfectly flush where it mounts under the front fender but man the gaps in the rear drove me crazy. The sedan and hatch oem skirt length is the same but they’re slightly different in design so idk if that might be what caused the issue. I have the v2’s showing up tomorrow, hopefully they fit better!

Did you drill out the 2 rivets that hold the trim piece on in the rear? That might be your problem.

my only gripe with the v2 is how it ends in the front. its like someone cut the border off at the end of them. if that makes sense. otherwise they look pretty neat. still like the V1's more!

I have a 2022 Civic Sport myself, one thing I was always thinking about was if it was possible to upgrade the 7 inch infotainment to the OEM 9 inch one? I see the display being sold on ebay, and online forums have photos of the differences between the 7 and 9 inch.

V1’s imo, what do you use to clean your stock black wheels? Ive tried a few different wheel cleaners and can’t seem to get em to shine like that lol

I use a mix, 25% wheel acid diluted with 75% water. Let it sit for 30 seconds then spray off. Then I wipe it down with a micro fiber towel.

I didn't take a close look, but hard to tell the difference. Both look good, but you got the V2, so nice for an update. Well done side skirts are nice, but you may run into difficulties with some vehicles when you have to jack up, or put the car on a lift without damaging them, like the TRD Camry. I just saw an older white one parked this morning. It was dirty. :P The new one has the JBL system available, some other updates and available foglights that would fit in the SE/XSE If I wanted more performance than the SE 4 cylinder, I would try to get a Reservoir Blue or Calvary Blue SE Nightshade Edition with the V6. Lots of the TRD stuff is available accessories to bolt on. I would get the TRD exhaust, and rear diffuser, maybe the front splitter. And the foglights. That would be nice, without the full rougher ride performance suspension of the TRD, and a folding rear seat. I don't expect to see much body customization parts for the new HR-V Sport, but have been seeing a few, and more Civic Sport Hatchbacks on the road.

The jack point clears about an inch. So no issues there.

@@717PROJECT That's why I don't want vehicles too low like that for everyday driving. Or too high, like 4WD, higher than the top OEM set up unless for special off reading or it floods a lot where you are. If I did lower a street vehicle with stiffer springs, it would be like the higher set of Eibach coils or equivalent. In my mall I used to work, all the kids with dropped cars and trucks would have to leave their lane slowly to go over the speed bumps, like your video with your girls, but much lower. To me, that's not street legal, unless it's juiced and the hydraulics can raise the height of the suspension. You know the deal.

Hey, I had a question. When you removed the V1 I'm assuming ithad the double sided tape as well. Does it leave any residue? Hpw easy/difficult is it to remove any exterior accessory stuck with it?

A small piece was left behind that came off easy. Do it in a cold day, it will come of easier

I use Ardex Dress-Able VOC tire shine with a tire sponge. I also make sure the tire is completely dry.

@@717PROJECT lets go you replied I have a honda civic 2022 hatchback sport I wish you could find someone that has a hatchback and is willing to mod the exhaust, since the hb sport exhaust is flat. I wanna get a whole new rear bumper like the sport touring and have my exhaust like the touring.
