Yoga and dance both are the valuable heritage of India. Both help in the development of health and body. We, Yog Nrutya Parivar just took an initiative to combine both and provide you an alternative to help you in the development of yourself. We have been training Yog Nrutya since November 2017 FREE of cost. At present we have more than 350+ active centers in Vidharbh, Maharashtra, and around India. We have trained more than 5,00,000+ people. To reach masses we started our KZfaq channel in April 2019.
Performing Yog Nrutya has proven very effective in competing deceases like Thyroid, BP, Diabetes, Cholesterol, Knee Pain, Joint Pain, Acidity, Obesity, Migraine. Yog Nrutya has also proven very effective in reducing Fat, Calories, Stress, Anxiety, Tension, and Helps in Improving Mental Health, Immunity, and Oxygen levels.
Yoga and Dance both fall in the category of physical activity and there is no restriction in India Law to stop its promotion. Yoga is the historic exercise and heritage of India. We believe, any activity which benefits mankind cannot be restricted by any person and should be spread all around. We strictly believe and follow the policy of serving without expecting anything in return. Our Yog Nrutya is Free and will remain free. If you see someone charging any fees in our name, then please report them to us.
Note:
1. People above the age of 70 are advised to take advice from their physician before performing Yog Nrutya.
2. Women are advised not to perform Yog Nrutya during periods.

About the Founder Shri Gopalji Gangabisanji Mundada
Gopalji Mundada is involved in physical activities since the 1980s. I stated lever Kabbadi Player for around 17 years. He has also give Kabbadi Coachings to many players who then went on to play for National Team. Some of his players had also played in Kabbadi League. He is involved in Yoga since 2006 and started training Yoga since 2009. He came up with the idea of Yog Nrutya in Early 2017. He shaped it by involving sports, dance, and yoga. He started alone and now he has an entire team below him to give training of Yog Dance. He has always tried to give as much as possible to society and will continue to do so.

योग और नृत्य दोनों ही भारत की बहुमूल्य धरोहर हैं। दोनों स्वास्थ्य और शरीर के विकास में मदद करता है। हम, योग नृत्य परिवार ने दोनों को मिलाने की पहल की और आपको खुद के विकास में मदद करने के लिए एक विकल्प प्रदान किया। हम नवंबर 2017 से योग नृत्य का प्रशिक्षण मुफ्त में दे रहे हैं। वर्तमान में हमारे पास विदर्भ, महाराष्ट्र और भारत की कई जगहों पे में 350 से अधिक सक्रिय केंद्र हैं। हमने 5,00,000 से अधिक लोगों को प्रशिक्षित किया है। जनता तक पहुंचने के लिए हमने अप्रैल 2019 में अपना यूट्यूब चैनल शुरू किया।
थायराइड, बीपी, डायबिटीज, कोलेस्ट्रॉल, घुटनों का दर्द, जोड़ों का दर्द, एसिडिटी, मोटापा, माइग्रेन जैसी बीमारियों से लड़ने में योग नृत्य प्रदर्शन बहुत प्रभावी साबित हुआ है। योग नृत्य फैट, कैलोरी, तनाव, चिंता कम करने में भी बहुत प्रभावी साबित हुआ है और मानसिक स्वास्थ्य, रोग प्रतिरोधक शक्ति और ऑक्सीजन स्तर में सुधार करने में मदद करता है।
योग और नृत्य दोनों ही शारीरिक गतिविधि की श्रेणी में आते हैं और इसके प्रचार को रोकने के लिए भारत के कानून में कोई प्रतिबंध नहीं है। योग भारत का ऐतिहासिक अभ्यास और विरासत है। हमारा मानना है कि मानव जाति को लाभ पहुंचाने वाली किसी भी गतिविधि को किसी भी व्यक्ति द्वारा प्रतिबंधित नहीं किया जा सकता है और इसे चारों ओर फैलाना चाहिए। हम कड़ाई से विश्वास करते हैं और बदले में कुछ भी उम्मीद किए बिना सेवा करने की नीति का पालन करते हैं। इसीलिए हमारे सभी केंद्र बिना किसी शुल्क के चल रहे हैं। हमारी योग नृ्त्य स्वतंत्र है और स्वतंत्र रहेगी। यदि आप किसी को हमारे नाम से कोई शुल्क लेते हैं, तो कृपया उन्हें हमें रिपोर्ट करें।
ध्यान दें:
1. 70 वर्ष से अधिक आयु के लोगों को योग नृत्य करने से पहले अपने चिकित्सक से सलाह लेने की सलाह दी जाती है।
2. महिलाओं को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे पीरियड्स के दौरान योग नृत्य न करें।

संस्थापक श्री गोपालजी गंगाबिशनजी मुंदडा के बारे में:
श्री गोपालजी मुंदडा 1980 के बाद से शारीरिक गतिविधियों में शामिल है। वें लगभग 17 वर्षों से कबड्डी खिलाड़ी थे। उन्होंने कई खिलाड़ियों को कबड्डी कोचिंग भी दी है, जो तब नेशनल टीम के लिए खेलते थे। उनके कुछ खिलाड़ी कबड्डी लीग में भी खेले थे। श्री गोपालजी मुंदड़ा 2006 से योग में शामिल हैं और 2009 से योग का प्रशिक्षण शुरू कर रहे हैं। वे 2017 की शुरुआत में योग नृत्‍य के विचार के साथ आए। उन्होंने खेल, नृत्य और योग को शामिल करके इसे आकार दिया। उन्होंने अकेले शुरुआत की और अब उनके पास योग नृत्य का प्रशिक्षण देने के लिए एक पूरी टीम है। श्री गोपालजी मूंदड़ा ने हमेशा समाज को यथासंभव देने की कोशिश की है और ऐसा करने के लिए संघर्ष करेंगे।
