Yoga Cues for Sun Salutations

The words we use to cue our students and how we say them (pace, tempo, etc) make a huge difference in terms of how our students translate what they hear to action. We've all been in a class, heard a cue and thought, "What does that mean?" I cover yoga cues here for Sun Salutation, giving suggestions for word choice, the rationale behind it and a little about cues in general. In a follow up video (soon to post) I'll cover adding in the Warrior 1 piece to this, making it Sun Salutation B.
