While there is not a one-size-fits-all approach to back pain, each case is unique and specific to the individual, this practice can help those with an anterior pelvic tilt.

Morgan, I am 75 and have lower lumbar pain and stiffness, I am going to give this routine my best effort, and patience. I am a Manhattan Beach native, sailor, retired wine grower.

You sound like so much fun! Let me know how it goes. I modify this for my patients depending on their individual needs but this is the foundation if they have an anterior pelvic tilt And if you want to go sailing sometime we take the boat out about once a month (but I’d love to go more often)

Jeez, this video is great timing. I have pretty bad lower back pain at the moment. I think it is really related to tight hamstrings. I’ve been doing the exercise, ( one of your videos) where you put both legs up against the wall and then have just enough room under my lower back to get my fingers under there. That stretch gives me instant relief, so I’m doing it everyday. Thanks for the great videos Morgan.

Glad it helped! When trying to figure out what to practice there are so many different videos all suggesting different things, the most important thing for you to ask is, 'what is best for MY back pain?' because it is going to be different for everyone. I wish you well on your recovery journey.
