Thank you for this spontaneous and outstanding yoga series! It reminded me of Yoganuary :) Day 7 was a great test of balance and endurance. That half-moon sequence! The bonus full-body stretch you uploaded in the middle of the challenge was a nice surprise too. Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, and Happy New Year everyone!!🎄
