I'm on my 2nd week of weight loss journey and fortunately abhi aap ki yeh video samne aai, aur jaise jaise aap karte jaa rahe the mai bhi sath sath kr rahi thi and OH MY GOD Uroosaaa it felt so good, ajeeb sukoon saa aagya body mai. UroosA😃 I'm Glad that Yu start with basics, instead of directly showing the actual workout... Its important to do stretching before & after workout, to get rid of injuries/muscle soreness.. like Yu said, it can do by anytime with/without Workout. just to stretch our muscle n maintaining body posture💯....
