Hello Sir, I have a problem, which is my anal sphincter doesn't get released while defecation, and am on heavy laxative since many years now, Doctors suggest Botox injection and bio feed back exercise but these are very expensive procedures, would you recommend any yoga exercise for the same.?

This is the third time in my life I'm facing this issue after working out after a several month interval....and I found out that this is due to weak abdominal muscles...so once you recover from navel dispcament...try to strengthen your abdominal muscles by slowly and gradually working them out...stronger abdominal muscles = less chances for navel dispcament.

स्वामी जी प्रणाम,मेंरी धरण left uper side में है,ओर आपका वीडियो देखने के बाद ही में समझ पाया कि मुझे धरण है।ओर ये लगभग 4 से 5 साल पुरानी है।मेंने आपके आसन शुरू कर दिए है,जिससे ढेर सारी गैस रोज निकलती है,ओर एसिडिटी भी बहुत होती है।में जानना चाहता हूँ कि उठना कैसे चाहिए सीधे या करबट लेके।ओर Walk कर सकते है या नहीं।

Namshkarm nitya ji,my sasuji was paralitic so i have to pull her many times along bed resulted in naval displacement ,but it got ignored by me but my health started deteriorating and BP started lowering, started falling ill every month,my naval was 4 finger above .when i started ur shown exercises my health improved within 10 days after 15 days my naval is finger away ,no BP, no fever, more stamina to do work .blessings a lot

मेरे गाँव मे लोगो को धरन की बोहत तापलिक है 12 लोगो की ऊपर ओर दाई तरफ है आप उनके लिए वीडियो बनाये उनमे से एक लड़के ने खुदखिशी करने की कोशिश की उसको हमने बचाया तो पता चला ओ धरन परेशान है अब उस लड़के जिंदगी आपके हात में है

Swami ji please can you let me know the last video of naval displacement regarding the diet etc because I have been doing the upward dharan exercise for roughly 20 days but still I am feeling my dharan couple of inches towards upper left.
