This is a great yoga sequence designed to strengthen the full back, buttocks and hamstrings, collectively known as our back body.
Never push through pain. Take breaks if you need to. When the sequence becomes easier try adding a few extra repetitions dynamically (up and down) and an extra few breaths when held. Strength takes time so be patient with your body!
