This Yoga Half Moon Progression is a 45 min yoga class for half moon yoga pose, also called Ardha Chandrasana. It is a vinyasa yoga, which means yoga flow, to practice yoga for strength, hip opening yoga and yoga for balance to be able to move towards and practice the half moon pose. This 45 minutes yoga is a great full body flow (vinyasa flow) whether you know the pose or not yet; intermediate yoga practitioners can improve their yoga balance and the Ardha Chandrasana pose with this yoga for hip flexibility 😊

I finished this 20 min ago and I cannot get over how much better my hips, chest.. my whole body feels! Wow. Ive been practicing for a few years but I really enjoyed the challenge and sequencing of this beautiful practice. Thank you so, so much. Exactly what I needed. ❤

i just love both the playfulness and the intelligence of this class :) i usually struggle with balance in half moon, now i felt really grounded and could easily grab my ankle. would really appreciate more of these focused classes!

@@yoflaminga Maybe other types of poses with a strong focus on balance (Warrior III, dancer pose ; arm balances like crow or koundinyasana)!

This was excellent, I enjoyed the opportunity to explore half moon more, usually its one (wonderful) pose in a class but not often a peak pose. I have never been able to grab the foot of my raise lef before in half moon, but with the block at its highest height i did it, and it felt good. Thank you for this class :)

Thank you for this video. I really like the way towards Ardha Chandrasana. The mini peaks really help to focus on a certain region/certain muscles and to "work" towards the final peak. And I love the way to change sides in Gomukhasana. :-) made me smile. Thank you for your effort!
