This Yoga Half Moon Progression is a 45 min yoga class for half moon yoga pose, also called Ardha Chandrasana. It is a vinyasa yoga, which means yoga flow, to practice yoga for strength, hip opening yoga and yoga for balance to be able to move towards and practice the half moon pose. This 45 minutes yoga is a great full body flow (vinyasa flow) whether you know the pose or not yet; intermediate yoga practitioners can improve their yoga balance and the Ardha Chandrasana pose with this yoga for hip flexibility 😊
