@@asinegaasinega Yoga is very good exercise. Moving all muscles of the body is a greatest gift you give to your body. There are certain things they tell you to say or to do but you don’t have to do it. Such as empty your mind and stay like that and breathe in. Don’t do that. Now days yoga is common in west in Christian countries. So yoga teachers don’t practice what they do in budist countries. By the way if you are Christian pray to be filled with Holy Spirit. Then what is in you is stronger than what is in the world. That way you don’t have to be scared of everything you hear and see. Mr. smart guy I hope this will help you. God bless you!

@@jimtuley8736 I agree with you. We need to be filled with the spirit of God but "Yiblagn lemaywkew wegene!". Those that are deceived with yet another gimmick from the West with all the trimmings in the spirit of civilization and being modern that let in an entity that they know nothing of. I am not worried for myself but there are plenty that are swayed without truly knowing where the origination of this divination is coming form. At the very least, you didn't deny that
