Күн бұрынIn Part Two of Sutra 02 from the Yoga Sutras, we continue to study the definition of Yoga as given to us by Sage Patanjali. This video was recorded in two parts - on the holy grounds of the Sri Parasunathar Temple near Kumbakonam, Tamil Nadu.
The Sutra text and meaning is as follows:
योगश्चित्तवृत्तिनिरोध:
yogaś-citta-vṛtti-nirodha:
Yoga is established when the citta is devoid of a vritti

Would the All(1) be the Chitta/substratum?

If we are imagining a substratum I am thinking of a trampoline like grid, which is like a cosmic basket, per se...a cup, a container, which too me implies a feminine element...these just my initial impressions
