मैडम वटसप नम्बर कुछ देर रोकें जभी लिख सकते हैं जो जो एक्सरसाइज आपने करके दिखाई मुझे उनकी ही ज़रुरत है बैड पर बैठ कर कर सकते हैं क्या।कमर से लेकर पैर की उंगलियों तक बहुत दर्द रहता है।

Hlo ma'am kindly make videos on pelvis floor release stretches, pelvis pain, mons pubis pain, nerve pain in vagina/vulva, excess tightening of vagina, female sexual dysfunction, groin pain etc.... It would be a great help for women who are suffering silently. 🙏
