Thank you, Uliana, for all of your wonderful content. My husband and I have been practicing with your videos every morning and every evening before bed since May. This spring my husband experienced a severe manic episode and was diagnosed with Bipolar 1 disorder. After the mania subsided, he went into a period of depression. To help get him moving and provide some routine, we started doing your videos each day and they helped us both so much physically and emotionally. My husband had never done much yoga before and now it's something he really looks forward to. For the month of August, we have been doing one of your 30 day challenges every morning, we've really enjoyed it and plan to do the others. You have become a part of our daily routine and we're both very grateful to you. Your calm manner and direct explanations of the poses are very helpful to beginners, and I recommend your channel to people all the time. Thanks for reading this long comment, just wanted you to know how much you have helped my husband in his recovery and you've given us something fun and uplifting to enjoy together. You are making a big difference in people's lives with your channel and I'm sure there are many others like us, who might not always comment but are benefiting from your videos every day. My super star yoga teacher...good morning and many thanks for your time. Lovely new practise and one never knows where you are going when you send us a new upload. We stayed with it and then ended our practise with your 20 mins. standing hatha yoga. Since I found your channel and have been following your guidance, my yoga practise has been consistent (my aurveda counsellor asked me to do 4-5xs yoga a week) and your guidance have helped me achieve this goal. I bow to your good heart and namsste💚🥀. PS. Marc, my spouse would like you to do some guided pranayama before practise, if possible.
