He used its theme song to annoy Yogi Bear and his friends. I hope Ranger Smith(who actually wasn't even in this episode to begin with) will scold the wacky racer/pilot who leads the Vulture Squadron for putting his theme song in Yogi's head.

This episode takes place in an alternate continuity, which explains the different settings. 13:58 Baba Looey sounds a lot like Jose Carioca meaning he has more of a Mexican accent than before. 17:43 El Kabong forgot to knock out Snooper and Blabber.
