Ingredients:
250g butter （奶油）
170g （3/4 cup) caster sugar （细砂糖）
4 large eggs（鸡蛋）
250g (2 cups) plain flour (普通面粉）
1 tsp baking powder (发粉）
1/2 tsp salt （盐）
120ml Yogurt（优格)
2 red apples , peeled cut into slices, soaked in salt water for 5 minutes and drained
(2 粒红苹果，去皮，切片，泡在盐水中5分钟，沥干）
Some raisins （适量葡萄干）
1 tbsp brown sugar （黄砂糖）
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder （肉桂粉）
Bake at 180°C for 80 minutes
以180°C烤80分钟

I made this today and it turned out great. I baked it at 355°F oven x 72 mins. Thanks for the recipe.

I tried the recipe recently. I didn't have yoghurt so I substitute with kefir & it works fine. This recipe is worth trying out.

Hi Mdm Kwa. Baked this morning. I substitute dried cranberry for raisins. It turned out superb! D cake is sooo yummy, not too sweet and soft!👍 Thnx for d great recipe!💞

I just made this, my batter didn't rise up as high in my 9 inch cake tin, and the outside was a bit dark and crusty...but the inside is surprisingly moist like a bread pudding 😊

Hi, the tops of my cakes and muffins turn moist and sticky after an hour or so once they are baked completely. Can you please guide me to prevent it from happening. I use only the bottom heating element with fan @ 160 degrees for baking.
