Yogurt dessert in 5 minutes! Three Ingredient Recipe! Yogurt and berries!

This recipe is a very tender, airy and porous soufflé made from yogurt and berries! Ready in 5 minutes! Very tasty and simple, and most importantly healthy!
Ingredients:
300 ml of drinking yogurt,
50 ml of water (cold),
10 g of gelatin,
200 g of any berries (fresh or frozen). Use your favorite berries: strawberries, raspberries.
If you like a sweeter dessert then add any sweetener to taste (honey, sugar). Pour cold water over the gelatin and leave for 10 minutes to swell. Meanwhile, pour drinking yogurt into a bowl and add any of your favorite berries, sweeten to taste and mix with a blender until smooth. Dissolve the swollen gelatin (do not boil!). Pour gelatin into the yogurt mixture and mix with a blender for 1-2 minutes. Quickly pour into molds and put in the refrigerator to harden.
