Introducing Yokohama Station on the JR Tokaido Line and Negishi Line. It is the prefectural capital of Kanagawa Prefecture and the central station of Yokohama City. The area around the station is the largest downtown area in the prefecture. It opened in 1928 or Showa 3. Counting from the first Yokohama Station, now Sakuragicho Station, 1872, it is the third generation. It is a huge terminal station where Sotetsu, Keikyu, Tokyu, Yokohama Rapid Transit, and Yokohama Municipal Subway line enter.
