I really like his acting as Hazuki Nagisa in Free! along with Ryugazaki Rei (Hirakawa Daisuke)! ^^
I wanted to make this longer but it's getting hard to translate and my life gets even busier now with Haikyuu Season 4!! cries

Some content that I cut out from Murashiro radio clip.
#1 Yonaga-san first heard of Ayu from his junior of the same company, Toudou Mai. She worked along with Ayu in the anime Shinsekai Yori and told Yonaga-san that Ayu has a high tone voice like a girl. This has piqued his interest towards Ayu.
#2 Ayu on the other hand, had a really good impression of Yonaga-san when they worked together. He admires Yonaga-san for being a sun-like existence that brighten up the atmosphere in the recording studio and started to talk to him.
I'm not sure about other details but this two are what I understand.
