Hmm, 6 1/2 minutes in, an change of thought process slightly. Saitama's quirk would probably be something like No Cap, because I think it's possibly Garou's that would be called Infinite potential. Both very similar quirks, but the difference is the rate at which the growth occcurs. Infinite Potential would have a rather steady growth rate, whereas No Cap grows exponentially.

If it's in the OPM verse then yes he's the strongest, BUT if you say there's no one else who has no limits, there are many characters that had no limits bruh

@@darkshadow-ji7hrthe idea is that saitama has infinite strength. I keep seeing people trying to make match ups with other anime characters vs saitama witch is stupid sense other anime characters are made to be balanced or at least struggle some times. Even goku has faced people who are stronger than him. While saitama is a gag character, he is a joke on the ridiculous strength of overpowered anime characters. Although those characters are strong, they have weaknesses, they have limits. Which makes sense because if they didn’t have limits than the anime wouldn’t be fun, if the characters never struggled than there would be no plot, but the whole idea of saitama is that he can’t be beat, his struggles are supposed to be emotional and are heavily intertwined with the side characters. You can’t expect a fight between someone who can’t be beat and someone who although very strong, still has limits, to be interesting. When I say limits I don’t mean how strong they could get, I mean what they are physically able to achieve at the strength they are currently at.
