whenever my mental health dips I just manipulate my brain into giving me happy chemicals with too much monster, good songs, skateboarding, and discord calls. it doesn't last forever but it sure is one hell of a band-aid that stays on good until I can scream my problems at passing trains.

I found my home right here I’m comfortable here I don’t want to leave. The satisfaction of knowing where I fall in the world , the loving people around me , the wonderful music , I couldn’t ask for anything more then my comfy home.

I mean, I adore your playlists- I hardly ever bring myself to try anything new, but the songs you put in them are mostly those that I haven't heard before and show me a new horizon. My mood has been up and down, mostly down this week. I promised myself I wont cry but the everything is frustrating right now. I don't even know if I'll be able to enjoy tomorrow. I'm afraid that what I'm feeling isn't valid and I'm just an awful and sour person on the inside.

I'm sure you arent a horrible person, its very healthy to distance yourself from people who have hurt you or you hate. its ok to hate someone, but don't let it consume you. you don't have to forgive them, but you should forget about them. put them out of your life and don't think about them. i really hope everything went well for you and this person didn't ruin your birthday. i love u and hope you have a great day:)

I really appreciate these playlists. I'm in a difficult situation right now and I'm feeling really anxious and stressed. Listening to this music helps me feel calmer while I get some very necessary work done. I know eventually I will be okay, so I am trying to take deep breaths and get enough sleep. for years ive been on edge, mourning the next day for whatever could come at me. I'm reminded of when I once sat at my open computer, contemplating my very own life while I stared at 21 assignments due in all on the same day-- of which I had done none. It was a Wednesday. nowadays though, I don't normally know why i'm stressed but... sometimes, i think, and i realise that I don't have anything to worry about. I've done bad things and good things and then very bad things but maybe, just for once, i can enjoy the day rather than lay in wait dreading the next. that sounds pretty good!

I know this video is 2-3 years old but idc I wanna post this: this playlist just makes me happy. It makes me realize how much I've improved since a deeper pit mentally, and I'm so, so proud of myself. I found a new name I'm more than comfy with, I found my pronouns, I have a gf, a good friend group, almost all of my identity figured out, a family who cares, and I've been seeing therapists for problems. I genuinely couldnt be prouder. Now, the only thing to fix, is my insecurities/overthinking. All I have to do for that? Tell myself that I genuinely dont care what others have to say. I just had a mental breakdown minutes ago. Thank you for this video. I can no longer hear my baby brother screaming. (He’s been screaming for an hour and I’m really scared out loud noises especially screaming and I cracked and screamed into my blankets for a while.)
