If the owners want to cut their yorkie all the time, you can cut the hair against the growth. But the blade should not be very short so as not to irritate the dog's skin

@Edwin Sandoval Thanks for the comment. I really like Yorkies with long hair. But often in my job I make different haircuts for Yorkies. If you brush your pet's hair regularly, it will always look amazing!

same as me. i wish my dogs stay still like these yorki. ich persönlich mag diesen haarschnitt überhaupt nicht. total veraltet. aber muss ja jeder selbst entscheiden. der kunde ist halt könig. ;)

I have a Yorkie but if I don’t invest my time in brushing him daily and keep up with grooming appts, his fine hair will get matted so quick! So sometimes u have to choose humanity over vanity also during tick and flea season it’s important because they can hide so easy in long hair I love the video thanks!!!

Para esquilar mascotas es aconsejable pasar la maquinilla en el mismo sentido del crecimiento de pelo. Así se evitan pellizcos y cortes innecesarios.

I’m just learning about grooming and all I’ve learned says use the clippers in the direction of the hair growth but you totally went against the hair growth. Please explain. The dog looks beautiful and you have a very loving touch. I hope I can groom like that one day ❤️

You can keep the clipper differently, of the hair growth or against the coat. For work of the hair growth you need more experience that your haircut will be quality and right

Hi, ich habe auch einen Yorkshire Terrier und schneide ihr selbst die Haare.Jetzt habe ich mir eine neue Maschine bestellt und weiß nicht,wie ich sie handhaben soll. Ich habe versucht und versucht und es klappt nicht Dieser schwarze Aufsatz für das Messer.......das geht bei mir nicht.....Jedesmal wenn ich diesen Aufsatz auf das Messer schiebe werden die Haare nicht geschnitten.Ich weiß auch nicht,wie ich die Maschine halten soll.Bei Ihnen sieht das alles sooo einfach aus und dieser süße Hund hält so still. Ich liebe es.
