We let go of one cb and are set to let go of a second here soon, still haven't offloaded enough, don't have backup for Case, Rashford is still dead, Antony ain't doing it, no cover for Bruno and yet these 'guys that know ball' are putting top 4 AND a trophy. I swear the people that say the trophies ETH won don't matter will want hin gone when he doesn't get another trohpy. Meanwhile Newcastle, Spurs, Villa, Arsenal are all dandy hahaha you cannot make this stuff up. I think the one or the other regarding Yoro or De Ligt is more about a right sided CB. We were always still going for Branthwaite because he's a left footed CB who can back up Martinez or play alongside him. We won't buy two right-footed CBs when we still have Maguire. If we get Yoro or De Ligt, its likely we'll go in for Inacio as a left footer because Branthwaite deal is mostly off the table.

We are going to sign 2 CBs. 1 is Branthwaite especially for the English quota. The 2nd is either Yoro or DeLigt. If Yoro decides RM then De Ligt will be completed without a fuss. Personally I'd get both Yoro (if possible) and DeLigt and forget about Branthwaite but it is what it is

Kg was so close and then fucked it up. Both Yoro and De Ligt would need starting assurances as he said. I rate De Ligt but it's Yoro all day under these circumstances for me. Then you bring in another centre back as well hopefully as a replacement for Lindlof who doesn't require those starting assurances but are just keen to sign for big man utd with a significant increase on their previous wages for let's say half the transfer fee of De Ligt or Yoro, that is what i think ineos are on personally, and I am absolutely here for it!

Well he has had two bad seasons at Man Utd 🤷🏾‍♂️ My main issue with Antony is the reason I never wanted him at Man Utd in the first place, his best season at Ajax was never really good enough for Man Utd. He is also far too one-footed for the Premier League. Defenders are extremely aware of his simple game, he also isn't fast enough to beat PL defenders and he regularly slows down counterattacks until they wither into nothing.

The Sancho ten Hag make up news doesn't bother me. We all know it's easier to sell him if we give the impression he's still part of Erik's plans. We all know he's lazy, mentally weak, unprofessional and only capable of a handful of decent performances vs a consistent season. Garna at 19 is 4x the player Sancho will ever be with half the talent. We'll need every player fighting for the badge if we're to replicate Erik's debut sason. No passengers!

That is a Glazer, Woodward price for a 18 year old in his last year with little track record. I haven't seen any 18 year old centre backs who are ready to be a top centre back in the EPL and play 50 games a season. It's a massive risk. If Real are offering 25 why are we offering 45M. If we offer 150k a week or more to a 18 year old he can never get a new deal, i'm worried

@@cashmontoks talent, promise not proven. His 18, a CB not an attacker, not an international, no CL experience and only one full season in the French league. He may end up being world class but if you think those stats with one year left in his contract equal 45M we disagree. I don’t say we shouldn’t want him I said why push the price nearly twice what RM is offering, causing a bidding war and probably pay his crazy money on wages. We have no idea how he will perform in this league but you would pay more for him than De Ligt with his years of data to go on. De Ligt has played in big leagues for big clubs in the CL and international tournaments. There is far more reason to believe he will hit the ground running than Yoro. The kid may need 2 years and the manager will get sacked if he doesn’t play well immediately.

No he really is WIDELY regarded as the best defensive talent in Europe, as in the next Varane, as in him and Saliba for the next 10 years for France. 45 million pounds will turn out to be the bargain of the century by all accounts. It is an absolute no brainer IMO.

@@joefleming-mulford9290 Again, are you sure his ready for next season to be our starter. No one has that data yet. Potential is just that, potential. Loads of players never fulfilled their potential and now we hear it's 52M for a 18 year old with one year remaining. If he doesn't perform from the start it will cost the manager his job. That is difficult for any player much less an 18 year one at a new club, new league and new country. Really hope it works in our physical and fast league. Finally to mention Saliba backs up my argument, brilliant player but was sent on loan and was at risk of being sold until he came of age in time. We don't have 2 years for him to do that while playing every match for our club.
