What a wonderful post. Brought back memories when I was Josh's age and our family's road trips, complete with my mom pointing out every single thing from the window including corn, cows and trains; snacks in the back seat, occasional stops to shop for roadside produce. After 60 years so much familiar.

I can't believe you went back!! LOL!! The food at Jollibee's definitely looked alright!! Sadly I don't think we have that fast food restaurant here in Australia!!

Scored a new garden bed...and have started digging up a compost area!! So things are happening!! Just haven't gotten round to a video yet!! Cheers mate!!
