Got married on valentine's day 2014. We saw Yosemite covered in snow during a full moon 1st time in 2011. THE most beautiful thing we've ever seen!!! We fig Feb would be the best chance to get some snow and we aimed for a full moon, just so happened to be the 14th! Turned out no snow at all but still the best wedding and time ever.

Its variable, but in the biggest snow years Janurary is usually the winner. This year, March will be far better. www.nps.gov/yose/learn/photosmultimedia/webcams.htm

forget Tahoe - Badger Pass and the rest of Yosemite is the place to be.
