It's been a long time since I made serious New Year's resolutions. On the other hand, between seasonal depression, holiday-related habit-disruption, etc., January is always a good time to focus on reestablishing my good habits. So this was a well timed good reminder of what works and what doesn't.

Great Video kyle! I've never really set, resolutions for new year. Im glad i did a Small project building a Calculator in Html css and Js as beginner, this Is something i always wanted to do but I felt like 'I havent mastered javascript yet to make projects' but Despite that I kept my pace and Learned while doing it and Did the project myself successfully! I will continue building more projectz now!

I agree with him. Just like my elder brother said "numbers" have spoiled us. We are humans who have continous flow of mind and thoughts and not robots that can adjust perfectly to discrete external factors or inputs. Old days were great when there were no clocks. (Although there should be a balance in our attitude, give importance to numbers but not too much or strictly)

I always thought like what you said about SMART rules even though I didn't know this idea had a name. But in reality because I fell a few times, at a certain point I would just stop In the last year I have been thinking really differently (more like you say) and it has advanced me a lot. It's fun to see that it's a realistic approach and not just specifically suitable for me

Last year i said i wanted to get stronger and lose weight. In the beginning i lost 10kg over 3 months then stagnated. But i realized i was becomming strong and realized ohh mucsle weigjt more then fat. I went from relative strenght of lifting 5kg difficulty to being able to do 20kg without issues. Dont get me wrong im still considered fat but feel a lot better. This year i will continue losing weight and getting stronger!

kyle you're great man and your channel is so useful, but also you should reminder people about the most important day in their life which is not the first day of the year but the day when person will die and go to Burial and he will be asked about his deeds in this life.. we should not forget the most important purpose of our existing in this life also..
