Man KNEW he was the father, and insisted on BEING the father, and all that entails. In a world with too many deadbeat dads, looking for any reason to escape responsibility, this man runs towards it. That's a man folks. He will do well as a dad.

Many people participating as actors came out on reddit over the years, they are normal people receiving a small amount of money, around 200-500, to participate in this show. Almost all reality tv shows are completely scripted, even things like antique roadshow, pawn stars or survivor. It is an absolute exception for a reality show to be not fake, Alone on history channel is one of the only examples.

DNA test should be mandatory before the possible father is allowed or required to sign the birth certificate. Parental fraud is more common than you think.

I used to watch Maury and I must say that each time the men were NOT the father, the women were ridiculously mortified but they weren't mortified enough to keep their legs shut. You can't swear someone is the father if you had several potential fathers in your bed. Just saying. It's the children who suffer in every single situation on this show each and every time.
