This is really stupid we shall see if the NPP will leave ZERO BALANCE on all government debt before they leave office. The NPP even did progressive free SHS because they started with the form ones in 2017. The then form twos & threes were not factored into the program. My laptop (TM1) is still with NAPO though I paid since November 2021.

He doesn't respect. Arrogant people don't know what insults are. Free SHS is in a mess. they won't accept the fact. Free SHS started from Rawlings time. it was a progressively Free thing. The NPP? they have no facts. this is the person who wants to introduce LGBTQ+ IN ghana education. Never again.
