As an experienced soap maker I thought I'd share a couple tips 😊, as your soap cures it will harden up and shrink a bit. One thing about fragrance oils, get them from the soap making area at your craft store so that they are skin safe ❤. Also if you search french miled soap making it will give you a ton of techniques for your soaping adventures 😊 . Love your dragon flies.

❤ you are brilliant! I’m from Liverpool in the UK - you make me feel so happy! You’ve inspired me to venture into video. I need to practice lots first! I love that you flit between crafts and inter ‘twingle’ (my made up word) your crafts. I work in a ‘proper’ job as well as ‘play’ with glitter, glue, paint, wood, wire, paper, ink, RESIN (OMG) - I wish I could make some money to fund my ‘addiction!’ - well you inspire me!!! Every year there is a Spring clean up in my town, all of the stuff. Goes to the landfill, so I go around and Salvage copper wire, with all the cords, from broken fans,lamps, tools, air-conditioners, and then strip the plastic off, the wire, tons of it, copper is worth a lot, and I recycle it, for crafts

Oh my goodness these are amazing! I love them both. The larger one, I don’t think, is too large at all. These could be made into a sun catcher of sorts if too large to be worn as a pin, etc. I soooo appreciate you using wire and beads! You definitely have me beat with the number of bead containers, but I have quite the stash. And, I’ve been thinking of ways to use my Swarovski goodies. Now, I have great ideas for my wire, beads, and UV resin. Thank you. Huge hug.

Lovely!! One recommendation - use ParaWire - so much easier to work with - less fighting with the wire while working, and easier on those of us with stiff or swollen fingers.

Sherry, these dragonflies are very pretty. I am starting to use resin, but it's the regular kind. I want to make sure I enjoy it before investing in UV resin. Even though I have molds, I learned a lot from this video. Mixing glitter in a small amount is going to be a challenge for me. I bought some glitter from Laura, and I love them. Thank you for sharing her site with us. I love watching your videos because you show how to do things and what happens when you make a mistake. Showing how to fix mistakes is very helpful. We all make mistakes and need help fixing things. You are awesome.

Have u tried the soft uv resin? U could get the base n glitter n the wings with the soft so u could do a final shape then put a coat of the hard uv for the final shape 😉. I luv your dragonflies!!!!

I would leave my little zip ties on my wire and just pull off what I needed that way it holds the role

I tried to make some uv resin flower petals but after attempting ONE petal, I gave up! I think my wire was too thin as I could not get a good shape! Will have to pick up some more in the right gauge and try again.
