We are travelling full time as well and our eldest is same age as yours. We don’t want to stop but if we do it would be close to her finishing yr10. yr11-12 would be bit too much while travelling. Also our travel cost about same 100-120k for 1st 12month travel. I dont know if $1000 per week is possible. I was happy if we stayed under $2000 and we didn’t to all the stuff either.

Oh really, yes I agree. I wouldn’t want to try homeschool through VCE haha. Yes well not for a family of five I don’t think! You have to be able to enjoy it and splurge a little here and there. Especially if there’s things on all the family’s bucket list.

Yes we did look at them. We wouldn’t want to have them on 24/7 or have to store them somewhere when not in use so not ideal for us. Thanks for that thought though!

Hi Guys love the channel I’ll give you a tip, I have a 2022 Ram Limited and I broke the tail light (just the plastic outer) Ram quoted just over $4600 😱they are a sealed unit, so I found on eBay a Mopar parts site got one delivered to me from America $1700 big difference and it only took 3 weeks 🤗

Thanks guys.We are heading to WA and the Ningalo Coast. Good to know about what happened whilst snorkeling at Ningalo. My wife suffers from that cold water effect Definitely will need a wet suit for her.😊

Thanks for sharing. Some were personal but glad that you guys are open to share. 29:30 Im actually quite shock that you guys had similar issues as we did at Ceduna and Tennant Creek. Given that Sarah’s background. I assume that you guys wont get harassed. Those two place is prolly only places we felt sketchy on our travel.

So happy to share! Yes most places were fine… felt super safe in Alice Springs and Broome etc I think just the unpredictability of some youth is what makes me feel unsafe.

Thank you, haha he’s an entertainer. We’ve driven most of them, the Chev ticked all the boxes for us in terms of power and features, although we do love the ford F150s but to be honest the starting prices were out of our budget. If we could have we would have gotten one of those!

Thankyou for sharing. Henry, you have a similar risk profile and values as I do. I watched your episode with the Landcruiser demise. A number of times before the final bingle I wondered why the tires seemed to be performing lesser than the vehicle in front of you. I've seen commentary of tires significantly underperformed later in their life cycle. In hindsight, do you think the tires had become less capable?

No worries thank you for watching! Our mate did have a lot lighter vehicle and ran mud terrains. We always run all terrains and we don’t do too much off-roading. May have been a factor though!

If you were to look to another car, maybe you could buy a 79 Series LandCruiser 4 door wagon the last V8 - Maybe ?

Coming from a farm with 79s, definitely not something we’d tour in, they’re amazing agricultural vehicles. Too narrow and not very comfy for long distances.

Dosnt matter what caravan or car they buy it's up to them their choice their life 💯😊 if you disagree go your own way simple 🙂 but I must admit tho us normal people purchasing a caravan and a new vehicle we would like to get at least 15 to 20 years out off them both 😉 and yes bloody car parks my little 80series is a bugger squizing into most parks these days 😢I couldn't imagine having a big long yanky ute ( truck ) you couldn't do it

Yes very true. We’d never judge anybody else’s choices, everyone has to do what they have to do, the main thing is living life their way and being happy! Wish we had more people in the world that uplift others! Yes understand haha when we settle down we’ll definitely not be changing our setup over anywhere near as much.
