Oh I love John's comment about the older girls taking care of the younger kids. We have five daughters 6, 8, 9, 11, and 12 years old. We have almost no family (and the ones we have aren't involved with us) and a handful of amazing friends who are like family. We are raising our girls to hopefully be super tight when they grow up. We are also hoping that when they get married and have children that we can be a major part of their lives and the lives of our grandchildren. I do not want our girls to have to go through life with no family. It is hard.

🤣🤣🤣 My husband's Grandma asked me after we were married, "Do you push Kelly out the front door and then run out the back to spend the money." We laugh at that to this day. I'm the saver and he's the spender. The best thing we ever did was Dave Ramsey FPU when it was offered at our church. That was in 2007 and since we have no debt, paid the house off. We've remodeled the house and had someone come in and design our landscape all paying cash. We purchased a brand new truck with cash for my husband in 2018 and are about to pay cash in 2 yrs for a new car for me. We are set for retirement and thank God everyday that we are where we are at, so we can do lots of giving. The best thing is we get to give and we changed our family tree.
