@@holdenwinters68 you should watch the video again, he was not arrested for cursing but for attacking ppl, he was walking by and kicked one of the guys and spited on him, for no reason, came back 20 min later and started to curse and even tried to attack them in front of the cops. He might get a fine for cursing in public too but that he was arrested for "attacking others physically", he might get also a fine for cursing in public too, but this are the russian laws, one of the cops did even say that the guys do not need to fill out a complain, because he did that in front of the cops, and i am sure doing it all around the world might be covered by freedom of speech, but you have to live with the consequences, treat someone bad and in the worst case it might even cost your life.

The dad IS reasonable. He did not "attack". He pushed down / grabbed the camera to not get filmed, he didn't touch the guy. Just watch the vid at .25 playback speed. Yet he was put in a choke hold from aback and pepper-sprayed the next moment. So much double-standards on SADB's side in this one. They'll use pepper-spray if you defend your property when they touch it, because they consider it assault. If you touch their property (camera) they'll get physical and pepper-spray you, too, because they consider that assault, too. Disgusting.
