Hey when the predownload is finished will the game be highlighted in blue in your steam library?

Yes, it will show up in blue in your library as" pre-load complete ; unreleased".

I downlod the game but i dont have bouth like you i only download Call of Duty WWll 35.9GB Do you know how to download the other part?

You should have two links for WWII in your Steam Library. Open Steam, click on the Library Tab, scroll down to where you see Call of Duty WWII. One should show preloaded and be highlighted in blue. On the other, you need to click on it and chose download. If you don't have the second COD WWII listing, you may need to contact steam support and have them fix it so that is shows up.
