That’s a fire idea, I loved playing Stadium (and really Stadium 2) growing up, so I could really see replaying them as a Nuzlocke!!

About wrap: It stacks with with poison and leechseed damage, and the ai usually switches out if you try to do it when you have those conditions. So you can use trapping moves to remove stat increases the opponent made by forcing them to swap out, or force them to just sit there why they die if they can't swap out. Also, a glitch makes leechseed and toxic stack, so you can get big healing sometimes and the opponent just evaporates I have finished both the gym castle and the lv50-55 masterball thing using this strategy along with good support.

For the last rule you could remove the legendary birds from the pool if you need to pick up pokemon to fill your squad. I have another idea of challenge. Only using against a gym pokemon that has the biggest weakness to that type. For example, against Brock you can only use pokemon that has at least one of these types: bug, fire, flying or ice. What you think?

Once I did a Pokemon GO Stadium challenge: The team of 6 in Stadium were the first 6 Kanto Pokemon I caight in GO, whenever I win a battle in Stadium with an unevolved pokemon, I could evolve it. I loved your nuzlocke rules btw

4:54 Cubone can never actually paralyze here because Raticate is a normal type. In Gen 1 Normal types can't be paralyzed by Body Slam.

This is a good Idea, though that severely limits your Pokemon choice. I think it'd be a bit fairer if you are given 4 Pokemon for each Battle you win in a Gym, sorta like the transition to a Route. Me and a Friend are doing a Co-op Nuzlocke, Where we can only control 3 of our 6 Pokemon, thanks to the Switch having the ability to switch whose Player 1 with a button press..we can easily switch back n forth. Our goal isn't just Gym Leader Castle either, we also must Defeat all the stadiums too! If we make it to Mewtwo & Win, we can even do R2. So far, we only have beaten Pika Cup.

lol and it found it funny when i useing doing the gym leader castle. i useing zapdos and when the cpu used thunder wave i was laughing saying thats not gonna effect me because im thunder type and them bam zapdos got paralizd and im like what!!!!!!!!!. and moves that say they hit 100% can miss sometimes to. i rember useing thunder bolt and it missed. man gen 1 sure was diffrent. i got to use to the later gen.

I loved pokemon stadium, despite how idiotic the move sets are for rentals. It's still fun though. Uh... I don't think I'll do the nuzlocke though. My luck in the gym tower is awful as is xD

Same type attacks can’t status. If your normal type gets hit by a body slam it won’t para in gen 1

Moves like Bind and Fire Spin are the most gen 1 moves ever.

Be interested in an Inazuma eleven nuzlocke, they lose a duel or fail to score instantly benched forever 🤷

I hate how you complain about gen 1 mechanics in the very first shown battle while you completely misplay the position. If you switch while wrapped, whether it hits gets recalculated. All you gotta do is keep switching to get Seadra in while spreading the damage across everything you can. Your chances are much better that way. Your method of staying in meant wrap had an extra turn it was guaranteed to hit. So after every turn that wrap hit, it was guaranteed another. I don't much like partial trapping moves either but they're an important part of what makes the RBY landscape what it is and immediately crying "gen 1 mechanics!!!!" gives any newer players the wrong idea about some really enjoyable, easy to learn tiers. Besides, the biggest reason partial trapping moves are relatively uncommon in tournament play is because they're easy to play around.

how about we first try to complete the game before trying to nuzlocke it eh? the rentals only makes it a really fair challenge by itself no need to partake in auto-erotic axphyxiation
