Not a bad house! However, the only way I would pay $35K USD is if I would get BOTH units. With all the work that would have to be done to bring up to standards, that price is way too much. There is no paved road in front, the bedrooms are very small, there’s no air conditioning included and the whole house with those window bars could kill and trap a family in case of fire. Based on real market price and current condition, $35K USD for both units, or $17K USD for one unit is a more realistic price.

So having a nice home 🏡 there, but when it rains 🌧 the roads Going to be muddy and I'll mess up,, If you have a car driving up to the house on a muddy road how's that going look,, I love the house but the surrounding area the road should be finished

First of all, you need to pay 80% before your keys will be handed to you which is $28,000, if you rent out your building for 1000ghc, you will generate 36,000ghc in 3 years which is $6000

The one bedroom is $25,000. The initial deposit is $5000 and the rest is paid in instalments for 5 years. You will receive your house keys after 80% of payment and the documents after 100% payment.
