Universal Public Healthcare exists in many South American countries, such as Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rico Peru, and Trinidad & Tobago. Nice video!

You should try they Bitter Fish if you are still in Guyana. Yes,yes,our country gives free medical to anyone... Yes, it is true. Went to Guyana got sick the doctors and staff at the hospital were very nice. Got treated, they gave me free medication. They ones they did not have I took the prescription to the pharmachist to get filled.🎉🎉 Awsome.

Coco boy shalom Health care in Jamaica is free to all citizens and legal residents at the public hospitals and clinics not for tourists and if you get sick you won't get the proper treatment so please watch what you eat drink and don't do anything crazy and this goes for all Caribbean islands and south america Africa many places only take cash not credited card and you have to pay upfront just like in Israel when I was visiting as tourists nothing is free today walking is free ☺️stay safe 🌹

Cuba has nothing there no food no restaurants no clubs it's very poor country old broken down building cars from the 1950s if you get sick in Cuba as a tourist, there are tourist medical centres where medical staff will take care of you swiftly and with professionalism. You will have to pay for the medical services you receive since only citizens of Cuba enjoy free healthcare. Cuba not safe for tourists the people there can kidnapped and kill rob steal from you they speak only spanish no English there isn't any banks around you have to carry cash it's not safe for solo male or female travelers or family members there is long line ups for food water the shops are empty no gas taxi over charge you the tap water is not safe to drink Cubans are trying to get the hell out of Cuba the government is corrupt they steal from everyone who had property houses money I told coco girl not to travel there you think she listened stubborn hard headed she didn't believe me I bet when she got to Cuba she probably was kicking herself why she didn't listen to people who knew the shit what goes down in Cuba 😝
