Mourning is a mandatory aspect of personal growth. I realized that the other day after i came across this idea in a book 📚 makes me realize that most people don’t evolve because they cant get themselves to really sit and DEAL with these feelings associated to change. And i get it, because it sucks lol i dont wanna do it either.
